In all honesty, just Sterling being in Two all in itself was a rare sight, but him stepping out of his childhood home without a roar of chaos? That was a miracle. It was no secret what he'd gone through as a kid for being different- all the yelling and smacking. Nothing too bad though, just shame. Chaz was the little prince. Grown into the man they wanted him to be- being hardcore Careers and all, they didn't want a soft-hearted son.
Jokes on them really. Even though his little brother still trained and resided in the Capitol, he melted right out of his shell and was a timeless sweetheart.
So be it a miracle that the District Thirteen general made it out alive, in the end it wouldn't have mattered. He came for a reason, accomplished his mission, and was on his way out.
Hopping down the steps and onto the street, he strolled towards the train station, eyes locked on the traitor, and all he could hope for was to make it out alive. Being this far up in the Districts and of his status? God, he was lucky to be breathing. It was hard to tell nowadays who was on who's side, but it was fairly easy to tell what team Sterling played for.
Keeping a cool aura about him, he was nearly out until he was trapped in a crowd of people, all eager to get on/off the trains. Barely able to even move in the mass herd of citizens, he was chest to chest with a blonde, eyes occasionally brushing over hers as he apologetically tried to move out of her way.
It was no use. Everyone was in a frenzy for whatever reason. So he was stuck with her.
Better make the most of it.
Over the shouts and pushing, he leaned down and mumbled, "Sorry to be put in a situation like this where I have to choice but to rub against you, but I'm Sterling."
Odd introduction, but at least he wouldn't be alone on the cluttered pavilion.

Apparently, any 'peace' between found between the Capitol and District 13 had been short lived. There was talk of another war between the two places, and battles had already been fought. Bliss, though, hadn't been involved in any of them. Despite how the president felt about her she hadn't gone to fight, yet. She'd been listed as too mentally unstable for the task, it could change, but for now she was just glad she wouldn't have to witness any more death then she already had in her short life. Still, just because she couldn't fight didn't mean she couldn't do other things for the Capitol. As she knew some of the workings of the nut, and was someone well known (and apparently well trusted, she didn't know why) to the Capitol, she'd been sent to retrieve some paper work they needed back in the Capitol. She now had the stuff needed and was on her way back to the Capitol- or, she was supposed to be. But, station was so crowded she couldn't even get to her train before it had left. So, she was left standing in the crowd in the middle of the platform, not knowing what to do other then wait for the next train out- but she had no idea when that would actually be. She sighed, trying to find a way to get around the dark haired man to no avail. She breathed an awkward laugh when he finally spoke up and shook her head lightly "Uh, it's okay" She replied, honestly not sure what else to say.

This wasn't going anywhere. The platform was way too busy and he wouldn't be getting out of the District any time soon. For all he knew, his train had already left. His neck craning to get a view of, well, anything, but nothing of any use met his eyes. Sighing, he snapped back to the girl pressed against him as she spoke, a soft smile on his lips as he glanced around once more before offering, "The trains are gone, and the chances of even getting to the boarding platform is slim to none," here came the proposal he was nearly sure she'd object, "So why don't I act as a human shield and get us out of here. I'll buy you lunch while we wait for this place to clear out?"
He was too kind, just wanting to ease the stress of the situation. He wouldn't feel bad if she didn't care to dine with a stranger- the times were rough. People couldn't be trusted. Falling into her as someone shoved past him, he awkwardly smiled and tried to hide his anger. Being in the crowded place was pushing his buttons, playing with his nerves.
So with or wwithout the girl, he'd be getting out of this mess.

Bliss uncomfortably tried to avoid people knocking into her as they passed back and forth up and down the station, but it was pointless. She just ended up knocking into Sterling, or some other passing citizen. Really, it just wasn't fun, and she just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible, so when he spoke up and suggested getting out of there, she couldn't help but nod. Sure, in these times you never knew what might happen, and he was obviously from district 13, but right now she'd be lying if she said she cared. "That sounds great" She replied, nodding with a slight smile. She brushed her blonde hair out of her face, trying to un-frazzle herself after being in the fast moving crowd for so long. She managed to get her head to vaguely make sense for long enough to realise that she hadn't actually told him her name, and she should probably change that. "Oh, and also, I'm Bliss" She added quickly, with one firm nod of her head.

Great, she agreed. Now all he had to do was get out of this mess of people without losing her in the process. Nodding along with her words, he smiled and noted her name. Bliss, it sounded eerily familiar, but he couldn't place it for the life of him. Shrugging it off, he gently took her hand and guided it to his sleeve, voice calling over the roar, "Hold on, I'll get us out of here." Lips falling into a stern look filled with authority, he made sure she had a good grip on him before turning around and taking off through the crowd. Okay, that was an exaggeration, he really only trudged. Bumping people left and right, he kept the thought of the blonde's warmth at his elbow as a reminder of his mission.
He desperately searched his mind for where her name came from, but he still scrounged up nothing. Didn't matter, he guessed. Mentally shrugging it off, he continued to shove through the crowd, shooting glares at people as they fell into him or stepped on his foot. His lips maintained a smile, though. He was in general a gentle soul, just a tad bit on edge today, though. Feet shuffling slowly as the they slowly progressed through the crowd, he sent a glare over his shoulder, silently checking in on Bliss to see if she was managing well enough or not.
Bitting on his lip gingerly, he glanced back forward, the light at the end of the tunnel getting closer and closer with each step.
