"I'm sorry to intrude, but are you lost?" It wasn't everyday someone would stroll into District Five, it was easy to get lost. Considering all the useless and old power lines left around, buildings of old and no use. Though even still did some business strive, power always in need, and ever accounted for. Usually a teen would strive in to cause trouble, as not to many peace keepers would roll around this area.
Charles was no taller than the one before him, he stared with a curious glance. A light fixture in his step as he attempted to consult the other. They didn't seem from this area, and he did indeed like visitors. Or friends, at least something the Lumier thought to try and have. Despite his-- awkward disposal.

Brielle was caught off guard at the man's voice from behind her. She'd been wandering around lost and confused for quite some time. If she was honest with herself, she had no idea why she was here in Five, to be honest. Sure to get away from the war in her home district, but she didn't know why she'd come to Five specifically. She could have gone just about anywhere. She was originally from Four and she liked it there. She didn't want to leave but the war gave her no choice. She wasn't a fighter, she wasn't a medic, she had no business there.
She spun around and gave the man a smile that was equal parts awkward and shy. Her pale cheeks flamed red, embarrassed at being caught being lost. Brielle was honestly all awkward and shy. She tucked a strand of her chestnut brown hair behind her ear, dropping her gaze to the ground while she blushed.
"Uhm... Yea- yes. I am lost." She breathed out, peeking up at the man again.

Charles shook his head, calmly intrigued by the reply. It wasn't every day a woman would be seen, especially where they had been. The many stayed down the village, it being dangerous up north. Even after so many years after the rebellion, in some areas the ground acted like a mine field. Different power lines still active, other pipes filled to the bridge with pressure. He thought it best she find her way, and couldn't blame the girl for being lost nonetheless. He took in a heavy breath, before extending a hand out to shake. Knowing manners were a practical epitome of a friendship, big or small. "It's fine. You're from District 4 or 6 right? It's not the first time people get lost down here, won't be the last either I'm pretty sure. If you'd like i can make help you find your way?" He noted with a small laugh, wearing nothing but a rough open vest, navy loose shirt, and common pants. Nothing to special, not to mention his hazel nut hair hadn't added, though a particular contrast from the normal complexion had been Charles's eyes. A light blue, as if almost clear.

Brielle had no idea where she was. She often got lost though so she'd known better to panic. She'd gone to Five only a few times and she certainly didn't remember her way around the district. She was very thankful and glad when the man found her and offered to help her. Her smile was shy still but a little less awkward. He seemed nice enough and Brielle had always been too trusting for her own good anyway.
"Are you sure? I'd hate to be a bother. I'm Brielle, Brielle Sorenson, and I am from Four.. How could you tell?" She asked curiously, her head tilting as she reached out and grasped his rough hand in hers gently, shaking it. She was curious, she didn't look like the typical resident of Four. Her hair wasn't blonde or bronzed, her eyes weren't the color of the sky or the sea. She was rather plain looking, locks were a gentle brown, doe eyes the same color. She was nothing special in any way.

Charles shrugged, it was a guess really. Since District four and six had been close to five it was common for folks to get lost. Not to mention he'd never really met anyone outside of those three districts. Nonetheless he sighed, hoping it didn't seem to suspicious. As he shrugged he slid his hand back, wrapping them around his back in effort to show manners for the girl. "It's not the first time I've helped someone from those districts. It's no hassle I assure you. I'm Charles, Charles Lumier. If you'd like the road isn't to far from here, I can lead you there? It'll take you back to your district, unless you were looking for someone here." He noted reassuringly glancing to the right. Sure the road wasn't to far up ahead and he was on break. He figured he'd make it back to work by then. And could use some company, as he noticed she may have as well.

Brielle smiled shyly at the man, nodding her head in acceptance of his help. She was certainly grateful for the offer as she was truly lost. She couldn't have picked her way through his district if she'd tried all day to do it. She reached out and offered her hand to him, to shake, still with a shy smile on her lips.
"I'm Brielle Sorenson. It's lovely to meet you Charles. Thank you, again, your offer is very generous." She said, hand still offered to him. She waited for a moment, considering what she should do. She honestly hadn't though much about it. What was she supposed to do now that she was here? She didn't know anyone in the district, she had no family here, no friends. No where to stay really.
"Uhm, if you could take me to an Inn... or a hotel or something? Just somewhere I could stay till I figure out what I'm going to do." She said finally, her smile looking slightly more sure now that she'd come to a decision.

Charles nodded with a balanced shrug. Surely the small in would love having guests. Nowadays it was used for the homeless or a hangout for the town. Shaking her hand, his skin slightly rough compared to hers. And in the process did he point in the direction towards town. "Sure, we've got a inn just down the road. Nice to meet you too, and it's not really a bother." Surely enough with this he'd be able to skip work for a bit. They wouldn't be that angry, would they? In that instant Charles started to walk down the path towards the village. Glancing over once or twice, hands tied behind his back. Since he'd just come out of work, his face had been covered in ash, and dirt. Attempting to wipe it away he used his sleeve in the process. "Never really been to five, have you?"
